Position Overview:

Allianz Partners is seeking a Customer Service Adviser for a remote role. In this position, you will work within the Sales and Service department to assist customers with new and existing policies. Your role will involve providing practical solutions, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with new and existing policies, offering practical solutions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional, empathetic manner.
  • Conduct medical screening for customers declaring pre-existing conditions.
  • Update customer policies with detailed notes from conversations.
  • Monitor and ensure services are provided within agreed timeframes.
  • Create a suitable home office environment for remote work.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Good general education, including Maths & English A-C GCSE or equivalent.
  • Genuine desire to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple policies.
  • Ability to show empathy and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working from home in a telephone-based environment or call center.

Compensation:

  • Salary: £22,920.81 per annum
  • Performance Bonus: Up to £1,500
  • Working hours covering shifts between 8 am and 8 pm (Monday to Saturday) and 9 am to 5 pm (Sundays).

  • A suitable home office environment with good lighting, comfortable temperature, a proper desk, and chair.
  • A quiet and secluded workspace.
  • Minimum Wi-Fi Internet speed of 20mbps.
