Allianz Partners is seeking a Travel & Medical Assistance Coordinator to handle medical emergencies at home and abroad and organize necessary assistance with international partners. The role involves arranging transport for repatriations, organizing return transport for insured individuals who have had accidents or fallen ill, providing cost reimbursements for hospital stays abroad, and offering travel information and medical advice before or during trips.

- Vocational training (EFZ) or high school diploma.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in travel/tourism, nursing, or insurance.
- Proficiency in German and very good oral and written English and French, and ideally Italian (at least level B2), as well as Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, travel experience, and the ability to identify critical elements in complex situations quickly.
- Physical and mental resilience, able to stay composed under challenging conditions.
- Team player willing to work irregular hours between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., including weekends and public holidays.
