Company Overview:

enGen is currently seeking an Associate InfoSec Program Manager for a remote position. They are looking for a professional to help establish the delivery of product and technology application capability roadmaps and oversee the implementation and delivery of multi-tenant enterprise programs. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, communication, change management, and ensuring program effectiveness within the Information Security domain.

Job Description:

The role involves various essential responsibilities:

  • Managing cross-functional collaboration and interdependency between projects, products/technologies, functions, and customers.
  • Maintaining clear lines of communication, transparency, and shaping remediation for upcoming security initiatives.
  • Establishing an Information Security program designed to improve security behaviors.
  • Measuring program effectiveness and reporting on progress.
  • Using change management methodologies to mitigate security risks.
  • Performing other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education, Marketing, or Information Systems or six (6) years of relevant and progressive experience.

Preferred:

  • Master’s in Business Administration or Business Management.
  • 3 years in IS/IT or IT Security.

Pay Range:

  • Minimum: $57,700.00
  • Maximum: $106,700.00

The base pay is determined by factors including qualifications, experience, expected contributions, and market considerations. The displayed salary range may not reflect geographic differentials.
