Job Description:
RedCloud is on the lookout for a GTM and Sales Play Project Manager to support their client operations. The role involves working with a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions. This position provides a unique opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy and sales initiatives for a critical segment of the client’s product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting GTM Strategies and Sales Playbooks: Assist in developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, Sales Playbooks, and Community communications for the client’s Security offerings.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings, ensure efficient coordination of workstreams and activities, and use project management tools and resources effectively. Maintain a detail-oriented, process-driven approach, identify and engage relevant stakeholders, assess resource availability, and offer solutions to potential risks and obstacles.
- Execution and Transition Plans: Develop and implement execution, risk mitigation, and transition plans to establish a repeatable framework for quality project delivery.
- Communication Skills: Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitate discussions at multiple management levels, and demonstrate leadership qualities including vision, purpose clarity, motivation, and relentless execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among various teams and departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments, adapting quickly to emerging challenges.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with proficiency in relevant tools and resources.
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
- Proven ability to identify and engage stakeholders, assess resource availability, and navigate project risks and challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in facilitation at multiple management levels.
- Leadership qualities, including visionary thinking, purpose clarity, motivation, and a track record of relentless execution.
- Experience with Staffbase is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Expert-level proficiency with core Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Teams).
Compensation:
