Key Components:
- Weekly Seminars: World Fellows share their visions for a better world, present their professional work, and contribute to building a ‘good society.’ Distinguished guests are invited for discussions, expanding knowledge and challenging perspectives.
- Personal Development: Fellows receive individual and group coaching, skills development training, and the opportunity to audit courses at Yale. They can work on individual or collaborative projects and conduct independent research.
- Hosting Events: World Fellows give talks and participate in panels across Yale, sharing their knowledge and expertise with students and faculty. They become valuable resources to the University.
- Mentoring Students: World Fellows mentor Yale students who apply to be their liaisons, assisting in organizing events and ensuring a full immersion in campus life.
- Networking: Fellows connect with their cohort and build a global network. Yale’s campus provides numerous opportunities to engage with faculty and students who share professional and academic interests.

To be considered for the program, you should:
- Have a demonstrable track record of success. While there’s no specific age requirement, the program is designed for aspiring leaders.
- Fluency in English. While TOEFL or IELTS test scores are not required for the application process, English fluency will be assessed during the interview stage for those who advance.
